1. Flash “Shelly1” board over the air (OTA) with Zumungo software. Shelly1 is inexpensive ESP8266 board that is self powered and small enough to fit into standard a single gang Jbox.   2. Flash any “Mongoose” powered device over the air (OTA) with Zumungo software. “Mongoose” is a popular OS for ESP8266 microcontrollers.   3. Flash any “Tasmota” driven device over the air (OTA) with Zumungo software. “Tasmota” is very popular platform for IoT devices. Hundreds of devices are driven by Tasmota or can be converted to Tasmota easily.   4. Convert any “Tuya” driven devices to Zumungo. Tuya is another wildly popular platform and is favorite for many Chinese manufacturers. Unfortunately Tuya is using special efforts lately to prevent users converting Tuya to anything else. However you may still try if your Tuya device is an older version manufactured before Dec., 2020.   5. Update Zumungo over the air (OTA) for boards that do not have enough memory for automated OTA update. Normally Zumungo updates automatically to the latest version upon restart.
